Hi, I’m Myra.  

Food once felt like my enemy

I suffered from lifelong painful digestive issues, candida, and deep unhappiness despite my exec job and fast lifestyle. This led to a ‘no-cure’ diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis!

Hi, I’m Myra.  

Food once felt like my enemy

The workshop has 3 hours of instructional video content plus the time you spend cooking your meals (which you’re probably doing anyway ;) ).

Our recipes typically incorporate ghee, but you can substitute other high qualities oils like coconut, olive and sesame, depending on your dosha.

Ayurvedic cooking is often presented in a complex way, with lots of food lists according to dosha plus dos and dont's. 

We find that this is unnecessarily restrictive and not particularly helpful because people tend to become attached to what they can and can’t eat. It can change based on the season and the individual’s condition.
  
Hale Pule’s approach is to offer a simple framework for creating sattvic meals that balance all doshas. 

Our approach is flexible, eliminates confusion, and allows for great creativity and satisfaction.
